TruPhone has announced to increase its VoIP services to another 11 Nokia handsets, including N-79 and Nokia 5800. Truphone is international rates voice provider which helps consumers to make cheap calls all over the world. Adding Truphone Service to 11 more handsets in line the count moves to 26 Nokia Handsets for support.

The software for 14 of Truphone compatible devices is available at Nokia Ovi Store which can be easily downloaded and for rest of the device it would be done soon. This mobile only VoIP provider first only supported Nokia handsets but now it has added to iPhone and Android platforms. The service is limited to S-60 platforms due to changes in SIP settings software.

The company says to rapidly increase its service to more number of handsets. The company offer both VoIP and Call through Technologies. VoIP means Truphone Wi-Fi calling in which call to the truphone users is free and other are charged with truphone rates. Call can be made while standing under any WI-Fi hotspots.

Call through technologies which helps and Truphone anywhere aiming at cutting the call rest when calling from your home country. The call is rerouted to your local number which when forwarded by Truphone network and cost only for the local call rate.

The newly added Nokia handset are N-96, N-78, N-85, N-79, 5630, 5800, 5320, 6210, 6220, 6650, E-63. All these handsets are Truhone anywhere capable and out of these three are VoIP enabled also i.e. N-85, N-79, 5630.
