Serious Internet Explorer Flaw makes Windows User Unsafe
Microsoft is trying to draw the attention of Windows users to the latest flaw. A new vulnerability has aroused for the Windows XP and Windows 2003 servers which allows controlling the victim’s PC remotely by the hackers.
The risk of this infection is very serious as users have to just visit the web site and fall prey into the hands of hackers. The Convicts are misusing the security scoop for about one week through links generated in spam. The flaw lies in how Internet Explorer and ActiveX controls which handles the Video Playback.

Microsoft has discovered the flaw recently and is indeed working on the problem. It would take a little while to come up with the problem as it has to take care of not breaking any other features. Microsoft encourages the Internet explorer users to disable ActiveX controls till it finds a alternative path as even the version of Windows is also unknown which is affected by the problem.
Microsoft has instructed how manually one can disable ActiveX control crawling around registry taking a lot of time. Better way out to disable ActiveX control is to click on Button “Fix It For Me” on this PAGE to automatically disable the ActiveX controls. Another way to get rid is Using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox 3.5 as your web browser as neither of it uses ActiveX controls.
