Sony Ericsson makes Android Phones “Rachael”
Yet another Google android phone about to launch. Sony Ericsson jumped into field of Android based smart phone but the company was all quiet in leaking out the details for this. Despite of it Danish site leaks the photos for new phone which emerges Sony Ericsson to reveal the Google Android based phone later this year.
The phone is assumed to be a part of Sony Ericsson XPERIA series, which now includes only Windows Mobile based X1 model. Sony Ericsson’s Xperia codenamed “Rachael” is supposed to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor (QSD8250) which makes its speed to 1 GHz and supports a high definition video decode. Also, providing 7.2 Mbit download speed. There is 3.5 mm headphone jack at the top of the phone and a mini USB support.

Most of the features are supposed to be almost same like other android phone already available in the market. However Sony Ericsson’s Android phone is looking better than already existing. It is assumed to have a 8 mega pixel camera which seems to be most effective Android phone yet, if compared to other Android phones HTC and Samsung with 5 mega pixel camera and iPhone 3GS with 3 mega pixel camera.
No specific details are so far released regarding the resolution and display size but it is assumed to have resistive touch screen. It is expected to run on Google Android 2.0 operating system, which is also expected to release later this year.
