Microsoft Delays Office 2010 Web Apps Test Release
Microsoft delays the preliminary look for upcoming Office 2010 Web Apps as it was planned to come by August.
The test release for PC based office 2010 was conducted back in mid-July. At that time the company officials told that the Web Apps for office 2010 would run on Internet Explorer, Apple Safari and Mozilla Firefox browsers and a technical preview would be released in August.
Microsoft says Web Apps would release it Test version “soon” in coming time. At the time of launch it will be available free to about 400 million Windows Live members and also to about 90 million Office Annuity Customers.
Office Web 2010 started its alpha testing in mid-January and is planning to start with beta in later this year and to release it at mid of 2010.
