Dell unveils its Androird based Smartphones Mini 3 which is rumored to work with China Mobile and Brazil’s Claro. Initially Mini 3 is assumed to use OPhone which is China mobile customized with Google’s Android operating system. Dell would be among the first manufacturers to introduce a new technology based on Ophone Platform.

The physical appearance of the device is revealed to be 3.5” inch high definition Touch screen. Other technical specification and cost of the phone is still a secret saying to be revealed as it reaches the market for sale which could probably in late November for China Mobile and early next year for Brazil Claro.
